Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SlimWin ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). SlimWin is provided by Noundry ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Free License: Use SlimWin on one (1) machine for personal or commercial purposes
  • Pro License: Use SlimWin on up to three (3) machines
  • Team License: Use SlimWin on up to ten (10) machines within your organization

License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software or license keys
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
  • Share license keys with unauthorized users

Email Communications

By providing your email address to obtain a license key, you agree to receive:

  • Your license key and download instructions
  • Important product updates and security notifications
  • Marketing communications about Noundry tools, products, and platform updates

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.

Payments and Refunds

Pro and Team licenses are one-time purchases with lifetime access. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

SlimWin is designed to safely clean temporary files and caches. However, you are responsible for reviewing items before deletion. We recommend backing up important data before performing any cleanup operations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOUNDRY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Software
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Software
  • Any data loss resulting from cleanup operations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noundry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
